PVC: Polyvinyl chloride film, density 1.39g/cm3, transparent, flame retardant, extinguished from fire, irritating hydrochloric acid. It is divided into three categories: hard, semi-rigid and soft, which are distinguished by the content of plasticizer in the material. At present, most of them are used for twisting PVC and shrinking PVC.
Main performance:
1. Good oil resistance.
2, transparency, surface gloss is good.
3, ink adhesion is good.
Main Uses: tablecloths, handbags, raincoats, sugar paper, bottle stickers, bottle envelopes, etc.
MOPP: Biaxially oriented polypropylene matte film with a density of 0.86 g/cm3 is a matting film produced by coextruding a matting material and polypropylene and biaxially stretching.
Features: small reflective, translucent, is a new type of packaging material.
Main Uses: high-grade paper remodeling, gift bags, food packaging composite bags, etc.
POPP: Biaxially oriented polypropylene pearl film with a density of 0.7-0.8g/cm3. It is a film made of polypropylene as the main raw material, adding a certain amount of special pearlescent masterbatch and stretching in both directions.
Features:
1. It has a light-shielding property to prevent food from being affected by ultraviolet rays.
2, with a beautiful pearlescent color. Main use: used in decorative packaging such as candy biscuits, chocolate, ice cream and daily necessities.
KOP: Biaxially oriented polypropylene coated film with a density of 0.91-0.95 g/cm3. KOP is coated with polyvinylidene chloride (PVDC) on the surface of BOPP with a coating thickness of 1~2μm.
Main Performance:
1, excellent moisture resistance and air tightness.
2, has good chemical resistance, can withstand common organic solvents and acids, alkalis, salts.
