BOPP: Biaxially oriented polypropylene film with a density of 0.96/cm3, flammable, burning blue under the flame, yellow upper part, a small amount of black smoke, petroleum flavor.
Main Performance:
1, colorless, high transparency
2. Excellent tensile strength, impact strength and stiffness
3, excellent cold resistance, heat resistance: -40 ~ 120 ° C
4, the performance of water vapor isolation is very good
5, poor oxygen barrier
6. It is generally used as a printing material for high transparent wild bags and composite bags.
Uses:
BOPP is the most commonly used packaging surface material, especially in the case of low packaging requirements, commonly used thickness of 18 ~ 50μm. Due to its superior moisture resistance, it is suitable for food packaging such as biscuits and snacks that are easy to absorb moisture.
CPP: Unstretched polypropylene, density 0.96/cm3, flammable, burning blue under the flame, yellow upper, a small amount of black smoke, petroleum flavor.
Main Performance:
1. Excellent gloss, good transparency, but slightly worse than BOPP.
2. Strength and stiffness are worse than BOPP and higher than PE film.
3. It has heat sealing performance and is often used as a heat sealing film for composite bags. The heat sealing temperature is higher than PE.
4. The moisture resistance is better than the PE film of the same thickness.
5. Good heat resistance, suitable for cooking and high temperature sterilization.
The Main Use Of CPP Film:
as a heat seal layer, in addition to PE extrusion compounding, the most commonly used is CPP, especially when used in retort pouches, it is a unique skill. At high temperature sterilization, heat resistance and stamping strength of 120 ° C are required, and attention should be paid to the selection of grades.
