Flexography is currently one of the more widely used and most environmental printing forms for its simple machine structure, less investment, easy to operate, no pollution, strong adaptability, strong connection. Widely used in food packaging, pharmaceutical packaging, cosmetic packaging, flexible packaging, flexible film, books, textbooks, carton pre-printing and so on. Flexo printing press is the realization of flexo printing platform, a combination of all printing elements of the vehicle as well as flexographic printing is the core of the foundation.

Before the stationary flexo press machine, the most commonly used is the stacking flexo press machine, but the general stacking flexo machine’s alignment accuracy is poor, low configuration, less used for high quality flexo printing products. The printing pattern is more complex, the network cable requires fine, the overprint requirements are high, and the printing color is not single. - Shaftless Unwinder Unit
The shaftless unwinding unit, maximumly reduces the labor work.
- Dusting
Dust Remover, includes Dust Cleaner, Blower, Strainer, and Dust collector. It is to make the paper surface clean and improve the printing quality.
- Flexo printing
Possible 1 to 10 color flexo printing units.
Shaftless is driven by SERVO Motion control system.
Maximum printing speed can reach 200m/min
Teflon process ink tank is to prevent ink from staining. Auto Registration System is to ensure the printing accuracy and achieve working efficiency.
- Drying
High efficiency drying unit includes IR lamps, hot air blowing/suction system.
UV Dryers are optional.
- Slitting
Easy-adjust slitting knives slit paper to strips, turn the direction and overlap the strips into one multi-layers strip. We use the unique and advanced technique in China, which has improved the working efficiency 4-5 times.
- Sheeting
SERVO control rotary sheeter makes the work efficiency reliable.
It is 5 times the speed of up-and-down sheeter; it creates value for you every second.
- Counting
The slits have been sheeted into piles. Automatic Counter makes each pile ready for packaging.
Unit type flexo printing machine due to high precision and combination, low cost, is currently the most widely used type.
