1. Wear the overalls, tie the cuffs, and wear the work caps; listen carefully, watch carefully, and keep the place clean and regular.
2. After mastering the correct use of related equipment and things, do the operation.
3. Lubricate the parts to be lubricated at regular intervals.
4. Before cutting the board, the clearance of the knives is consistent with the thickness of the cut sheet.
5. Before working on the flat line, check the bed surface and the no presser foot area. Do not stack debris and measuring tools.
6. Before the work of the open line, check the empty work of the machine before entering the shearing operation.
7. The multi-person operation needs to clarify the main operator and step on the pedal or pedal tissue when the main operator confesses that there are no unsafe elements.
8. When cutting short material, stop the workpiece in the working area of the cutting edge and the non-pressing foot area. When adjusting the gap of the knife edge, stop the driving operation.
9. When the entire coil flattening production line is out of work, the power supply is blocked immediately, and the operation is suspended, and the relevant personnel are told to eliminate the fault in time.
10. Block the power supply after completion, clean up the workpiece, place and cutting waste.
