What Qualities Should The Die-Cutting Machine Captain Have?  

1. Understand the operation performance of the die-cutting machine, skillfully operate the machine to complete the production tasks handed over by the company, and the production indicators. The operation is serious and responsible, and requires no less than three years of experience in the printing and packaging industry.  

2. Before the start-up, the upper knife version should be carefully checked and corrected. The die-cutting knife and the die-cut paper should be checked. The first sample must be completed before the production. The first sample is not finished, and the quality is presented during the production process. Take full responsibility.  

3. During the operation, the pressure should be adjusted to prevent the knife from being injured. When cutting the mold, pay attention to it. Do not burr, crack, storm line or broken skin. If the pressure of multiple die-cutting is too light, it will cause trouble in the subsequent process.  

4, in the production process to do a diligent review, the requirements of not less than 500 to view once, to prevent the above problems to be noted. To make a good record of production, the data of the number of production work orders is completed and there is no false data.  

5, do the site 5S processing (the machine is not dirty, the work site is neat and orderly), the machine equipment is regularly maintained, and the machine repair report is required to be written.
