| Our narrow web flexographic printing machine can print from 1 color up to 24 colors, it is designed for printing a huge variety of labels such as foodstuff labels, beverage labels, alcohol labels, pharmaceutical and medical labels, toiletries labels, health and beauty labels, clothing labels and pricing labels, as well as non-stretchable plastic films. This flexo printing press offers a printing width range of 260-680mm, and a repeat length range of 178-635mm. It can be placed in-line with various types of label converting equipment for flexible packaging and narrow web processing applications. It has the following features： 1.Printing up to 24 colors, can meet various printing applications needs; 2.The thickness range of substrate applied for printing can be between 20gsm and 350gsm; 3.Fully automatic web guiding helps automatic guiding of a continuous web; 4.The design of pull-out cassettes enables printing unit parts to be rapidly installed and replaced; 5.High speed drying unit offers options of IR drying and hot air drying; 6.Precise register in both longitudinal and transverse directions solves the needs of high quality printing; 7.Stable and precise tension control system; 8.Stroboscopic inspection system is adopted as standard configuration for real-time inspection of printing color and register results; 9.Control console is easy to use; 10.Unlimited expansion possibilities, this flexo printing machine can be placed in-line with various kinds of converting equipment; 11.Second pass printing, gravure printing and screen printing are configurable optionally; |
