Label Inspection Machine
Bottle Label Inspection Machine is used for forming a PVC, PET heat-shrinkable film material into a roll-shaped packaging material, such as a beverage bottle label, a battery label, a pen holder, and the like.
Configuration introduction:
- The main machine adopts variable frequency motor, and the vector inverter realizes closed-loop control with precise speed and uniform coating of low, medium and high speed.
- Unwinding base tension is selected from Taiwan magnetic powder brake control accuracy.
- Unwinding constant tension control, acceleration and deceleration tension inertia compensation.
- The base alignment is selected by ultrasonic tracking and correcting machine, the edge-to-line accuracy is ±0.1mm, the highest tracking linear velocity is 25mm/s, and the pushing range is ±70mm.
- The reel adopts a 3-inch air-expansion shaft, and the edge-correcting mechanism adopts a linear shaft and a linear bearing.
- The diameter of the traction steel bar is Φ90mm×320mm, and the surface is hard-finished to finish the mirror.
- The diameter of the traction rubber stick is Φ90mm×320mm, and the rubber material is polyurethane.
- The steel bar clutch is pneumatically executed at both ends simultaneously, the cylinder diameter is Φ50mm×20mm stroke, and the air pressure is adjusted arbitrarily.
- The traction rubber rod is driven independently by the timing belt to the variable frequency motor.
